الوصف الوظيفي now hiring: commercial manager emmar alnahda engineering consultant is hiring an experienced commercial manager to join the mega project works based at tabuk, kingdom of saudi arabia. this is a permanent position and reports to the operation sr. manager role purpose: financial monitoring and control of the contracts. commercial negotiations and change management. assist procurement department commercially. prepare commercial reports. preparations of statements of final account. key responsibilities: to prepare and/or supervise the preparation of agreed costs within contract documents. to apply basic knowledge of quantity surveying and using industry best practice. provides responses to bids, proposals and assist with contract negotiations. assist with the preparation of requests for proposals (rfp’s) for distribution to vendors. analyses all commercial related requirements and provisions in contracts. ensures that contracts are executed commercially in accordance with corporate guidelines and all warranties, bonds, insurances guarantees etc. are maintained and updated. advising on lessons learnt for all future contract modifications. visits client sites and meets when needed with all other client staff. monitors the performance of each signed contract. ensures that business goals are accomplished by financial monitoring. trains and supervises other professionals, if and when required. communicates contractual concerns to management and / or subordinates. maintains a computer database for the company’s commercial management information. maintains schedules of all appropriate boiler-plate laws, regulations, and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business. coordinates with the finance department to ensure all correct billing and collection of revenues. identifies potential improvements to existing policies. prepares all commercial management reports. conducts special commercial tasks as assigned. negotiates the commercial aspects of leasing agreements. any other related tasks required المهارات knowledge, skills & experience knowledge of international contracts. ability to interact with senior representatives of client organizations. knowledge of financial analytics and profit and loss implications. possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation, and judgment skills. demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. experience in contract management. demonstrated strong knowledge about saudi arabia law. qualifications:: bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, economics, business administration, accounting, or closely related major, (preferred) master’s degree. 10+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. to apply, please forward a copy of your cv to ramkiran at saudiemmar dot com quoting the commercial manager vacancy. closing date for applications: close of business, august 07, 2022. تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة تبوك, المملكة العربية السعودية قطاع الشركة الخدمات المالية; تخطيط المشاريع والبناء; المحاسبة طبيعة عمل الشركة غير محدد الدور الوظيفي الإدارة نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأدنى: 10 الحد الأقصى: 15 منطقة الإقامة المملكة العربية السعودية الشهادة بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي
