Receptionist - united states, charlottetown

adecco is currently assisting a local client in filling a receptionist position.

 

  • location: onsite, near arrowpoint blvd - charlotte, nc
  • pay rate: $19/hr.
  • length: one (1) year
  • shift: monday-friday 8am-5pm est
  •  

    responsibilities:

  • greet and obtain visitors' names, check identification, ensure visitors sign the logbook, issue visiting badge, contact appropriate associate via phone or email that their visitor has arrived
  • answer multiple-line switchboard, accurately directs calls to their destination
  • issue building security badges to employees and/or guests
  • coordinate the process for the pick-up and drop off it equipment
  •  

    qualifications:

  • attention to detail
  • effective oral, written, and listening skills
  • willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • knowledge with microsoft products including word, outlook, excel, ect.
