are you self-motivated and driven to achieve company success? then adecco has the perfect job for you! we are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our market development team!! you will need to be personable and outgoing as well as ambitious and goal driven. you will be responsible for finding new clients as well as upselling current clients to help develop our sales and marketing department. this is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous staffing or account management experience who is looking for a new exciting role as a remote sales / market development representative!
shift will be monday-friday from 8:30am-5:30pm and the pay rate is $25/hr. this is a long-term temporary contract position. we are looking for individuals who can communicate professionally and confidently with our clients and help develop long-term relationships with our clients.
interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years of previous staffing experience (inside sales experience is a plus)
- associate’s degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience in a call center - inside sales or staffing environment
- ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while successfully meeting deadlines
- outgoing personality and ability to build a rapport with the prospect over the phone
- skilled in strong, effective communication – both written and verbal
- proficiency in ms office (word, excel & powerpoint) - salesforce experience preferred
- capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
responsibilities for this role include:
- lead qualification and targeted prospecting
- communicate live via chatbot
- actively pounce and request live chats
- perform cold calls though the different sales channels
- collaborate with sales channel to ensure follow through on all qualified leads
- able to respond to incoming emails in a professional and targeted manner
- work leads that fill into salesforce
- exceed daily and weekly targets (service level agreements [slas]) through effective time management to maximize call volume
- conduct research on prospect or lead lists up to and including identifying contacts
- conduct discovery calls when needed
- use additional tools such as linkedin, zoominfo etc. for prospecting outreach
