job description:

  • the customer experience coordinator's (cec) main role is to serve as the voice of the customer on - website, digital, social media, showrooms, retailers, and other brand touchpoints.
  • cec proactively works to ensure customers satisfaction exceeds the customers needs.
  • the cec primary responsibility is to cross-functionally manage the customer experience, customer experience-related communication strategy and manage the execution of all customer communications.
  • this position is responsible for providing daily project management of tracking, monitoring, and documentation of customer issues and concerns.
  • requirements:

  • 2-5+ years in the retail industry, specifically in beauty and cosmetics
  • bachelor's degree
  • strong working knowledge of how to build client relationships
