job description:
the customer experience coordinator's (cec) main role is to serve as the voice of the customer on - website, digital, social media, showrooms, retailers, and other brand touchpoints.
cec proactively works to ensure customers satisfaction exceeds the customers needs.
the cec primary responsibility is to cross-functionally manage the customer experience, customer experience-related communication strategy and manage the execution of all customer communications.
this position is responsible for providing daily project management of tracking, monitoring, and documentation of customer issues and concerns.
requirements:
2-5+ years in the retail industry, specifically in beauty and cosmetics
bachelor's degree
strong working knowledge of how to build client relationships
