overseeing the whole admissions process including: applications; switchboard; email communications; customer facing interactions.
managing the production and analysis of complex data.
ensuring full organisation of all student enrolment.
participation of pdp (personal development plan) and quality improvement initiatives. profile
to be successful in this role you must have:
proven a -c in english and maths gcse or equivalent and a relevant qualification.
strong ability in the management of customer service.
high ability of oral and written communication skills.
