who are we?
the dining car began in 2011 as one of the first food trucks in boston. we’re known for fast, friendly service and high quality, eclectic food. our catering and events division has produced some of the largest catered food truck events in the country feeding hundreds of thousands of people!
we are growing! or first retail location opened in newton highlands in march, featuring great coffee, baked goods, a selection of the sandwiches and sides we’re known for, and a wide variety of prepared foods from our expansive catering menu.

job description: food truck team members will report to the team leader and assist in readying and running service on our food truck.
primary responsibilities:
assist in loading the food truck
prep for service (heat up food, set up stations, etc)
prepare and serve food
greet customers in a friendly manner
take orders using our square™ pos system
clean and unload the truck at the end of service
