Mobile cleaning supervisor - united kingdom, central london, london

duties:

to check sites assigned to you by the management and ensure all is clean and up to standard. if not all up to standard, then will need to inform the cleaner of that site to pay more attention to the areas. to report to the management any issues. to help the management delegate work. to supervise a team of cleaners and check the work has been done to standard.

to complete extra work cleaning jobs using carpet cleaning machines and chemicals. to ensure supplies are delivered to sites when cleaner requests.

to be a point of contact for cleaners in your designated area and to liaise with the management for things such as holiday requests and sickness. to arrange cover for sites if a cleaner is off sick or to attend yourself. to prepare tasks list a week in advance and able to modify it as and when necessary.

to assist with any other duties or tasks when required by management such as preparing delivery notes to ensure a smooth running of the company. in house training will be available for these.

to liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner.

essential skills and experience:

full clean uk driver’s license computer literate in using microsoft outlook and excel good speaking and written english supervisor or team leading experience good attention to detail flexibility

desired skills and experience:

experience using heavy machinery such as carpet cleaning machines health and safety knowledge coshh knowledge knowledge of london town

working hours

40 hours per week and you may require to work on flexible hours whenever you are needed especially covering for staff absences and training sometime without notice. you would have to do split shifts as and when necessary.

salary

£26,000 pa

negotiable based on experience. bonus via introducing of new business.
