we have an opportunity to join our maintenance re-let team as an experienced painter & decorator.

you'll be working in mainly unoccupied residential properties and should have the necessary skills to produce good quality workmanship to maintain properties to a good standard.

you should have c&g or nvq qualifications or are time-served with experience of working in a residential property environment.

a vehicle may be provided so a full driving licence along with your own tools is essential.

the position is full time and permanent, subject to references, training and qualifications and a dbs check is necessary. the salary is £23,868.00 gross per annum.
