the project manager is responsible for the modular portion of the projects from concept through completion
•
in this role, the project manager will participate in a wide range of activities from concept development and project scoping through documentation, construction, and site completion
•
the project manager administrates the modular portion of the project and acts as the project leader, clearly communicating the needs of the project to our internal and external stakeholders
•
in this position, the project manager will be expected to help resolve questions or issues through research, meetings, and coordination of interested parties
•
act as the project expert at all phases of the modular portion of the project and provide support regarding the details of assigned project(s)
•
function as a liaison with outside organizations such as architects, engineers, developers, project managers, and contractors
•
management of the project plan and communication to multiple key stakeholders across multiple workstreams
•
vetting of the project and material scopes to assure alignment with standards
•
processing rfis, and reviewing and submitting of project-specific specified submittals
•
manage all aspects of shop drawing and design document processes relating to the modular product
•
assists with drafting subcontracts and change orders for the project managers' review
•
research of materials, processes, and products to support today and into the future
•
complete project checklist to ensure all required tasks are completed as per the contract
•
leverage project management tools and standardized documentation to align with expectations and consistency across projects/workstreams: project vision, timeline, guiding principles, scoping and risk mitigation, etc
•
assist team with rfp requests as required
•
perform other duties related to projects as assigned
