Gatekeeper/site labourer - united kingdom, surrey
our client is a highly regarded contractor with many exquisite projects in london and the home counties.
one of their new country house schemes is looking for a site operative on a 12 month contract position based near dunsfold aerodrome in surrey.
the site duties may vary but will include:
· general labouring
· control of site traffic and visitors.
· managing the signing in and out site personnel, sub contractors, client team etc.
· recording and checking deliveries against delivery notes.
· keeping gate office and area clean.
· keeping site entrance clean and tidy including roads
· maintaining the signage and pedestrian walkway fencing.
what is most important is your general attitude and enthusiasm. you will have had some experience of site but what is key is your ability to get on with the site management, project team and all visitors. you will be the first person they see when arriving at the site.
