the sales engineer is responsible for the profitable growth of electric power retail products (33kva - 1500kva) both in uk&i and exports markets. managing a portfolio of new and existing customers and key accounts in multiple market sectors, from trade to end users. the position requires preparation of technical quotations, whilst working closely with internal and external delivery partners, building low-cost installation strategies.

follow up leads and prospects through the sales funnel process, capturing business loss and win statistics on the crm
understanding of objectives, strategic plans, opportunity alignment and management of new and existing customers and key accounts.
ensure participation of finning in uk&i power gen installation, inclusive cva & connected assets into diesel prime and standby market.sales engineer accountability:
accountable and responsible for the delivery of financial targets set by the sale manager
growth of market share in power generation sector.
level of participation in power generation contracts crm & connected assets
new customer acquisition and retention
customer satisfaction, complaints dealt with quickly and effectively (ccfs)
disputes resolved quickly and effectively (debt report)
customer growth plans par accounts
develop action plans in line with core strategic objectives
timely monthly report and forecast submitted
crm database maintained and updated.sales engineer education & experience:
2-3 years sales experience with demonstrable success
knowledge and understanding of the electric power generation business
basic understanding of power generation in prime and standby power applications inclusive installation.
