we are seeking a dynamic, confident, organized, and highly personable professional who is driven to build relationships and complete successful projects.
the pm position will be required to:
• work well under pressure in a challenging environment.
• work closely with vp, project and construction staff, customers (usually general contractor), and vendors.
• must communicate with all levels of management and non-management personnel in a professional and responsive manner.
• responsible for meeting with customers (usually general contractor), to accurately determine the needs of their water feature project as well as any other duties as assigned to support a growing team.

requirements –
• minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
• minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating in construction
• overnight or days of travel would be required at times.
• knowledgeable of the general principles and procedures followed for commercial on and off-site construction activities
• manage all aspects and details of a job, including ordering materials, scheduling, inspections, walking quality assurance, and maintaining deadlines
• manage sub-contractors daily and follow scope of work to complete projects
• skillful in coordinating and communicating between in-house office and on-site activities
• initiative-taking with the ability to collaborate with a team
• excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and owner’s representatives

• proficient in generating and reviewing contracts and bids
• ability to read and follow plans
• able to create a scope of work based on client’s needs
• estimate materials and cost for future projects
• ability to work under pressure and problem solve
• dedication to customer satisfaction and exhibits outstanding customer service skills
• computer proficiency – microsoft suite (word, excel & outlook), quickbooks online,
• buildertrend is used but any project management software experience is acceptable.
• ability to manipulate data from software to spreadsheets and database if needed
