our client a prestigious private members club in surrey and exclusive multi outlet resort are currently looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef who is passionate about great quality food. as pastry chef you will be primarily responsible for running the pastry section of the kitchen ensuring that the food produced and served is of the highest quality.
what are we looking for:
you will be using the best locally sourced, and home grown produce on site, therefore the client will be looking for a quality fresh food background within your experience to date.you will take pride in your area with outstanding attention to detail.your qualifications will include food safety certificate, city & guilds or equivalent memberships of chefs' association. current knowledge of current health & safety legislation, food & hygiene regulations and coshh & haccp is essential, along with proven experience in a similar role.a range of fantastic benefits are also available for new employees in regard to their employment as follows:
