our client a prestigious private members club in surrey and exclusive multi outlet resort are currently looking to recruit an experienced kitchen manager. working closely with the head chefs you will be responsible for food safety & hygiene compliance, cost control of all food & beverage stock, management of kitchen equipment and supporting the culinary teams with rota management and controlling payroll costs.
what are we looking for:
previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industrythe ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environmentyou will take pride in your area with outstanding attention to detail.your qualifications will include food safety certificate, city & guilds or equivalent memberships of chefs' association. current knowledge of current health & safety legislation, food & hygiene regulations and coshh & haccp is essential, along with proven experience in a similar role.a range of fantastic benefits are also available for new employees in regard to their employment as follows:
