our hgv drivers play a vital part in the handling, collection, and delivery of (predominantly accident damaged) cars, vans, lgvs and other vehicles on behalf of insurance and automotive customers to industry leading service levels.

the significant majority of these movements are undertaken through a fleet of wholly owned designed salvage transporters and employed drivers, supplemented by a network of sub haul operators.

our hgv drivers are responsible for carrying out physical checks on their trucks and equipment and reporting any defects to their managers, carrying out inspections of all collected and delivered vehicles and photographing any damage.

they will also create an inventory of any personal effects left in collected or delivered vehicles. they must comply with the legal and company requirements of a professional driver and operate the vehicle and loading equipment in a safe and efficient manager, following all h&s policies and procedures.
