Job description ensure last mile design and operations at regional hub level by coordinating with fulfilment team and 3rd party co- loaders and at each delivery hub design and expansion of own last mile deliveries across the top cities at uae and ksa work on projects related to planning processes and speed enhancement initiatives. works on creating future capabilities with product, analytics and supply leads (warehouse/first mile/ last mile) to bring customer service goodness optimize delivery network by working with cross functional business and supply chain stakeholder basis a periodic cadence to ensure seamless demand, warehouse, inventory and last mile delivery planning to deliver best customer service within targeted service levels ensure that each aspect of operations is measured and that core kpis are met or exceeded. responsible for expanding logistics and customer service infrastructure across countries and channels. work with finance & courier partners to manage end to end invoicing work with multiple stakeholders to ensure all escalations are closed and process is optimized.
