• bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in creative writing, english, journalism or a communications-related field.•10 years experience in a reputed organization as a content development specialist.as per sabic job skills guidelines and framework applicable to this career line and gradeas per sabic competency guidelines and framework applicable to this career line and grade3. key acountabilities to create, develop & edit informative and engaging content of various types like video scripts, interview q&as, voice over scripts, articles, newsletters, press releases, marketing brochures, board reports, employee magazines, social media content, tips, features ... etc., for external & internal audiences. manage interfaces with media and pr agencies and process all related transactions.engage with the corporate functions, businesses, and business partners as appropriate to develop content and enhance quality be the contact point for the affiliates to propose and develop specific story ideas for internal and external audiencesperform the role of an internal journalist (within the organization) to gather content to be communicated internally and externally for major launches, events, and announcements and to meet requirements of the gc customers within the organization including responding positively to requests over content development whenever required.coordinate with branding to ensure brand-compliant content, coordinate with the digital and multimedia teams to ensure alignment between written and visual content, through the adoption of the organization style book for the written content.liaise with communicators in asia, americas, and europe to coordinate content sourced from the regions, and react to their requirements in a timely and accurately mannersliaise with affiliates communication partners to develop event-based news and feature contentmaintain strong relationships across the company to build resources for proactive content developmentconduct needed researches to generate quality information for content development in the interest of business and employee engagement. and to meet requirments from gc leadership over any assigned projects and activities. interested candidates share resume to given email as: [email protected]0500128650
