  • type: fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • length: 1 year; possible extension/conversion
  • pay: $32.10 hourly
  • shift/hours: mon-fri 8-5
  • this is an onsite position in chicago, il  
  • responsibilities include:

  • handle customer-relation problem promptly and appropriately, proved guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures
  • provide software service, pre-sales, post-sales support
  • deliver services to large enterprise, complex or corporate accounts
  • use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities
  • share responsibility for total customer experience as well as the revenue, growth, profitability, and account retention
  •  

    requirements:

  • experience with support of full range of hp products
  • strong technical and communication skills and ability to improvise
  • strong customer relationship skills and ability to manage complex customer problems
  • good teamwork with peers and hp personnel
  • demonstrate consistent, acceptable performance
  • schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external
