adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a remote pharmacy benefits rep position.

 

pay: $25.00 per hour

shift/hours: mon – fri 8am – 5pm

length:  4+ months

 

responsible for the accurate and timely installation of pharmacy benefits, including researching & resolving issues.

pharmacy benefits are an in the moment member experience expectation at the point of service and the team is expected to have those services available when member needs the service.

top responsibilities:

overall employer pharmacy benefit loading using various systems/tools and/or source documents.

attend internal customer pharmacy benefit intent calls

research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions

build, maintain, and review benefits in core system
