A bookkeeper/administrator to perform an assortment of various tasks.
the candidate will be responsible for recording and maintaining a company's daily financial transactions.
they will prepare reports for the accountant and ceo, run payroll, collect debts, generate invoices and make payments.
the ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills including quickbooks and ms excel. previous experience with bookkeeping and administrative duties is mandatory.
familiarity with the department of buildings or violations is a plus.
