fawkes and reece are currently recruiting on behalf of a tier 1 main contractor seeking a managing quantity surveyor in buckinghamshire.

they are known for their excellent delivery of technical projects and their professional approach to the delivery of these schemes. my client presents themselves as a consistently reliable major contractor.
as such, my client is looking to welcome a managing quantity surveyor to join their team in bucks. the role will be mainly dealing with infrastructure, earthworks, drainage and 278 works. my client would like the successful candidate to be able to:
- manage and oversee multiple projects across the area.
- liaise with operational and engineering staff to ensure site records are kept to the standard required.
- produce, submit, and agree monthly application with the client, in line with the form of contract.
- work collaboratively with the bid and estimating team in relation to any contractual queries.
requirements of the role:
