On the field person leasing dept santa monica - united states, losangeles

Growing property management company needs an on-the-field person in the leasing division. looking for someone who is well motivated, driven, organized, fast-paced, and can communicate well.

your duties will include;

-move-in & move out walkthroughs with tenants

-unit turnover lists/rent ready

-security deposit returns

-showing units

-parking diagrams

-key organization

-etc…

this is a full-time position with lots of room to grow. training will be provided. must be able to drive.
