adecco is hiring immediately for mail processor with a local client in irving, tx. a mail processor performs essential duties with pay starting at $17.00/hour, plus available overtime. in this role, you will professionally interact with team members, peers, and managers across shifts to ensure client timelines are met, perform end-to-end document and payment processing functions for lockbox operations, meet quality and productivity standards, and safely operate mail center automation equipment, perform other duties as assigned.
requirements:
high school diploma or ged
ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with strict deadlines and measured service levels
high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality and minimizing rework
flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced processing environment
ability to work well within a communicative, diverse, and team-based environment
strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement
general pc proficiency; including ms office and lockbox applications
strong written and verbal communication skills
self-motivated with strong time management skills
must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends and overtime requirements based on business needs
able to meet the physical demands of the job: lifting, up to 40 pounds, performing repetitive bending and lifting related tasks as well as walking and standing for long periods of time
manual dexterity required, all tasks are repetitive
