We are looking for baristas and servers to join our team at lucille's:

must be reliable, dedicated, organized, and able to preform with a sense of urgency.
innovative, creative and passionate about great food, drink and service.

ideal candidates have:
intimate knowledge of coffee drinks and brew science
a minimum of 2 years nyc café/restaurant experience,
a mindset that values organization, consistency and attention to detail.
a mindset that values teamwork, communication and stellar customer service.
strong ability to prioritize and organize their time effectively, and stay busy.
ability to move and work neatly, quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
a firm understanding of sanitation practices and health department standards.

+ nyc food handlers permit is a plus
+ bi-lingual english/spanish a plus
+ experience with counter culture coffee is a plus
