Experience with wood stains, waxes, paints preferred. our ideal candidate is attentive to detail, organized and proactive with a strong instinct for application of materials.
must be comfortable in a fast-paced framing environment : strong coordination and spatial awareness a must
duties include:
-- general finishing tasks: hand sanding, application of stains and waxes
-- maintenance and organization of finishing tools and materials
--related tasks and errands
we will train the right candidate. develop top quality finishing skills with room for growth in a close-knit team. hobbyist woodworkers encouraged to apply!
*note* we will be relocating to a new custom facility in north brooklyn in the coming months.
