• community manager
o ability to "run the show" and the daily operations of the apartment community
o organized, driven and friendly personality
o capacity to collect rent and multitask
o strong administrative and organizational skills
o management experience required
o promoting opportunities within the company and building your team
• leasing & marketing consultants
o ability to sell & close the deal
o outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
o able to multitask effectively and problem solve
o driven, able to meet and exceed goals (we give you the training and tools you need to succeed, you bring the drive you need to excel in your role!)
o 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc
