all apartment maintenance positions available including:
hvac & maintenance techs
• basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
• hvac experience and epa certification
• all facets of apartment repair and maintenance
• availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
carpenters
• interior and exterior remodeling
• cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation
• sheetrock repair and finishing
• kitchen and bath remodeling
• basic electrical and plumbing
make-ready technicians
• basic drywall, plumbing, electrical
• carpentry
• make ready skills
• availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
porter/groundskeeper
• ability to lift 50 lbs.
• willing to do any kind of clean-up work
• basic maintenance & repair knowledge
• experience operating a blower and pressure washer a plus!
all applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
