we are looking for a process engineer to join our busy team.

they would be required to ensure the effective operation of manufacturing processes that fall under your span of control through ensuring that all process operating methods are clearly documented and maintained up to date, and that the processes are continually developed / improved to ensure that technological advancements can be realised by amphenol invotec.

the process engineer will ensure that any remakes are investigated through to determination of root cause and that any associated work in progress is verified where appropriate (where the cause of scrap is a process error) to ensure that all risk to additional product is minimised and if possible removed.

the process engineer will review, understand and align the capability of the production processes that he/she owns to reliably and robustly achieve the needs and demands of our customers.

the process engineer will have full ownership of the designated manufacturing processes that fall within his/her area of jurisdiction and will be accountable for ensuring quality, cost, delivery and customer service levels are maintained.

to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and enhanced.

ensure compliance with all company policies.

to provide reports as required by senior leadership.

all activities should be driven to improve quality, cost & delivery (qcd), this includes non production tasks.

provide leadership and champion the cause for continuous improvement in exceeding customer expectations.

to support lean processes including 5s and ci activities where necessary. support and ensure compliance with company policies & approvals, procedures and any ongoing business initiatives.

ensure all remakes are investigated, understood and actions implemented to prevent re-occurrence for the same reason.

improve manufacturing yield within the areas of your responsibility.

continually strive through process improvement, the introduction of new materials and defining new methods to drive down process costs within areas under your responsibility
