Looking for a restaurant manager with strong background in the service industry and a sincere passion for hospitality.
key responsibilities:
• ensure compliance with health, sanitation, liquor, safety, and employment regulations by clearly communicating and reinforcing standards and procedures to all employees
• work with both the front and back of the house’s employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• oversee training for new hires to ensure business development and sales maximization through their customer service skills, company philosophy, menu and point of sale knowledge.
• responsible for the receipt, safekeeping, daily deposit, disbursement and accountability of restaurant funds.
• control food and beverage costs through proven industry systems, practices and methods.
• maintains a professional appearance and presentation.
• work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
