we are looking for a bi-lingual (english/spanish speaking) - registered nurse

job entitles:

- complete an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs
- initiate the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
- be a care manager for your patient
- document patient history, symptoms, assessments, tests, and care according to guidelines
- educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
- flexible work schedules including after-hours and weekends.

requirements:

- must possess a current, valid rn license and registration
- cpr certified
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
- strong critical thinking skills
- dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
