hunt & fish club in mid town manhattan is looking for a floor manager to fill out the team.

candidates should have 2-4 years minimum of restaurant experience.

we are looking for candidates who are committed to learn and grow in their work environments. requirements include strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail, food/wine/beverage knowledge, and a desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality.

ideal candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:

experience managing in a fast-paced restaurant desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service a minimum of two years in fine dining organization and multi-tasking skills an enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor ability to work as a team player the ability to dedicate a year towards a growth position desire to lead and assist a team of professionals

this position requires availability- evening hours and weekends.
