Experienced resident manager northridge - united states, losangeles
Looking for an experienced resident manager for 28 units in northridge. this position is ideal for a power couple, must have the standard industry knowledge and handyman experience is a must, with basic tools. offering a front unit, 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths.
responsibilities entail the following but are not limited to.
- patrolling the property a couple of times a day, maintaining the building clean at all times
-serving and passing out notices
-responding to tenants' emails and calls, addressing their concerns
-showing vacant units
-overseeing and reporting to management unit renovations
-performing unit move-ins and move-outs and taking pictures
-contacting and meeting vendors
-proficient in writing
principal and conduct expected
-punctuality is a must
-efficiency with time management
-organization
-professionalism in demeanor, language, and dress
-completing tasks in a timely manner
