the sales organisation personnel & training team act as a hr business partner responsible for ensuring the delivery of new and innovative sales operational training projects, and continually optimising existing sales leadership and development processes for regional colleagues. if you want to work on various projects and help shape the way our operational training is delivered throughout our sales business function, from our store teams to our business leaders, ensuring synergy and alignment throughout, this is the role for you!

as the hr business partner in the team, you will manage the sales training and development projects, processes and procedures that will be rolled out via the region giving you the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders. this is an ideal opportunity for a bold and creative individual with a passion for people who wants to bring their ideas to the table and make a difference to how we as a business lead, train and develop our teams.

what you'll do

promoting the continuous improvement of our leadership, development, and training tools for sales teams

working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve the learning experience across all levels of the business within sales

analysing and optimising sales training processes within our stores

developing new project concepts and proposing solutions

creating presentations including project and training documentation

developing training solutions and identifying potential for optimisation within projects

planning, managing, and coordinating rollout of sales training projects

working with multiple internal/external stakeholders and counterparts within regional teams, international departments, and head office.

presenting project proposals and outcomes to senior management, regional teams, and board directors

what you'll need

a passion for creating / delivering training is preferred

previous project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders as well as influencing cross functional teams

a proactive approach to creating innovative training solutions for new project implementation into stores

drives ownership through their work and responsibilities

excellent attention to detail

ability to work independently, managing conflicting priorities efficiently

an excellent communicator and multi-tasker with organisational abilities

strong working knowledge of microsoft office
