we are looking for a highly skilled sushi chef who has experience within a busy sushi section. the successful sushi chef should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed presentation and impeccable knife skills.

the place

our client is an historic hotel on the outskirts of newbury which has recently come under new ownership. after an extensive refurbishment, the hotel is due to reopen at the end of the month as a luxury boutique hotel with 2 restaurants, elegant bar and busy courtyard as well as a spa, gym and infinity pool.

the ideal sushi chef will have the following:
