we are currently looking for an experienced senior sous chef located in leatherhead. our client is a luxury 5-star hotel in leatherhead. the successful senior sous chef will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. they will also be responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes.

the person

the senior sous chef will have:

have experience in either a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurantability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the teamhigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including coshh and haccpideally be able to drive or live locallyhave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailhave the confidence to create and be innovative
