responsibilities but not limited to:-

the purpose of this role is to ensure the timely production of sales invoices, ensure the collections of debt to agreed terms whilst minimising risk and supporting cashflow.

the duties for this role include:

ensure all sales invoices are produced and processed
establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments
dealing with all queries in a timely manner and liaise with customers and colleagues to resolve any account issues
posting and allocating payments
bank reconciliations
calculating customer rebates and payment applications
bonus calculations
fastidious record keeping on the company’s central production system and accounts software.

skills and experience required

experience within credit control is essential
computer literacy with microsoft word, excel, outlook
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives
must have a methodical and organised approach to work
impeccable attention to detail, particularly to numbers, spelling and dates
ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines
must be able to build strong relationships at all levels, both across our business and with the personnel of our valued customer base
