our client is one of the top 20 leading developers that work across new build and large-scale residential schemes with a network of offices in the uk. within the construction arm, they are looking to strengthen their team with an additional assistant quantity surveyor.

within their construction south east division, they are looking to bring a like-minded individual to join their residential team as aqs. you will be working on a scheme in the essex area which will consist of a regeneration scheme of 23-stories low/medium rise to create 680 private and affordable new homes.
it is a fantastic opportunity for a proven assistant quantity surveyor that has exposure working for either developer or main contractor to work our client's modular home site site based essex and office at the same location. you will be joining a team where you have great visibility of the senior management, as well as the right support and recognition is in place with a very good portfolio of projects for future security.
for this position, they are looking to pay up to circa £33,000 plus package.
