Production associate - united states, auburn

adecco is assisting our client, msa globe, in staffing 1st shift production associate positions at their auburn, me location. these are project length positions that will last through the end of 2022. msa is a global company that designs, manufactures, and distributes safety devices and equipment. this role, at our client’s footwear plant, will perform various stitching and non-stitching operations to produce protective leather footwear for firefighters.

responsibilities for the production associate job include but are not limited to:

using a heat sealing machine to seal labels to the material of the boot

marking up leather using a silver powder coated string

testing boots by performing basic water test

stitching basic straight lines

taking puff material and removing adhesive and applying to material

candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

able to speak, read and write english

have basic knowledge of computers or tablets

must be able to stand for full shift

strong organization skills and high attention to detail

good manual dexterity skills

positive and flexible attitude and ability to work and be a team player

steel toe footwear is required

what’s in this for you?

pay rate = $15.00/hour

schedule is monday - thursday 6:00am – 3:00pm and friday 6:00am – 12:00pm

weekly pay – you receive a paycheck every week
