location: banbury (ox16)

shifts: days, evenings, sleep-ins (1-2 shifts per week), alternate weekends

the role - not your typical "9-5"

as a dimensions support worker, you'll work in close partnership with your new colleagues to support several adults with learning disabilities and/or autism aged between 37 - 75 to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live, in banbury.

you'll be expected to:

proactively empower and encourage the people who've welcomed us into their homes to live as independently as possible; helping them to achieve their goals, take pleasure in their hobbies and inspire them to try/experience new things, you'll achieve this by being sincerely and enthusiastically engaged in every aspect of his life - day or night!

attentively help the people we support to accomplish even the smallest of daily tasks that most people take for granted.

provide the people we support with personalised emotional care and reassurance

present bespoke, deferential prompting, personal care, mobility assistance and mealtime support as/when required.

always safeguard the people we support by ensuring they're happy and comfortable, and that the environments they're in are always tidy, sanitary, and free form risk.
