responsibilities for this customer service representative job includes, but are not limited to:

  • experience with operating in a customer service capacity to assist sales staff and customers with orders, purchases, questions and problems
  • ability to receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status, process returns
  • experience in multi-tasking in a high-volume customer service call center
  • high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic computer proficiency and excellent data entry skills
  • qualifications:

  • at least 3 years of customer service experience
  • experience in the flooring industry or other manufacturing environment
  • eager and enthusiastic team member
  • attention to detail
  • high school diploma
  • pay for this position is $19.00 per hour
