Digital communications and marketing executive - united kingdom, leatherhead, surrey

we have an exciting opportunity for a digital communications & marketing executive reporting to the head of digital marketing and communications, to support the group communications function by producing communications content, campaign execution and channel management.

the main accountabilities for this role include:

knowledge and channel management project and campaign management content creation/writing reporting and competitor insight

you will have a keen interest in digital communications and channels and enjoy writing and planning and have a close eye for detail. you may have worked previously in an agency and are now looking for a move in-house. you will have an interest in all aspects of communication and happy to pitch in and support team projects when necessary. you will be well organised and able to take initiative, not only supporting the execution of key digital projects, but also having responsibility for leading your own.

ideally, you will have had some experience of using some or all of the following: sharepoint, hubspot, salesforce, email marketing software (e.g., mailchimp/campaign monitor/poppulo), and digital asset management platforms

to be successful in this role you will understand communications and marketing, and have a working knowledge of digital trends and channels. experience of working in a communications/digital/marketing function or in journalism/pr is essential, along with familiarity with and experience of writing for digital channels, particularly using seo optimisation.
