primary function of role

to lead our account management team and our sales and marketing teams to win new business, increase leads, and grow sales and profitability within our existing customer/brand base.

salary from £40k to 50k plus bonus - salary is negotiable depending on suitability for the role.

- to drive orders and sales growth and maximise revenue from the current client/brand base

- increase target market leads and new business wins

- management of supply chain commercial terms

- oversee client service level operational metrics

- make key decisions and actions to help our clients grow and scale their businesses

- lead your team to the highest standards

- an ability to spot opportunities, develop them and ultimately implement

- strong negotiation skills/experience

- sales team leadership/management experience

- excellent time management skills. very well organised

- excellent literacy and numeracy skills

- account/sales management experience 5 years plus

- good knowledge of or experience of ecommerce
