Customer service representative - united states, charlottetown

adecco is hiring immediately for a customer service representative with a local client in charlotte, nc. customer service reps perform essential duties with pay starting at $16.00/hour, plus available overtime. in this role, you will assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, handle customer complaints, diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or users, monitor the progress of delivery routes, scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders, and perform other duties as assigned.   

 

requirements:

  • high school diploma or ged
  • experience with microsoft office programs such as ms project, word, excel, and powerpoint.
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
  • solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
  • ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
