adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an enrollment operations specialist position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

location:  100% remote   

pay: $31.00

length: long-term

 

 

 

responsibilities for the enrollment operations specialist role include, but are not limited to:   

 

ongoing tracking and management of multiple weekly/daily in file exchanges to ensure timely, accurate exchange of data; identify and monitor key performance indicators (ie, success, failure, errors)

report/resolve/communicate errors and warnings with the submitter.

manage manual enrollment loading exceptions based on qualifying events.

other duties as assigned.

 

qualifications for this enrollment operations specialist role:

 

a minimum of three (3) years of health care enrollment experience with 834 edi processing required.

quick decision maker

experience evaluating, revising, and maintaining production, turnaround time and accuracy goals

enrollment technology expertise

excellent analytical skills with ability to read and understand complex data and make thoughtful, articulate recommendations; ability to translate analysis of data into meaningful outputs

knowledge and experience in a healthcare environment with hipaa requirements
