the adecco creative & marketing team is currently looking for an amazing marketing manager for a multinational managed healthcare and insurance company. this position is fully remote.
the role
in this role you will be a marketing manager within the medicare & retirement member experience marketing team. you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, review, approval and management of day-to-day assigned member communications and engagement opportunities.
responsibilities
• partner closely with member engagement marketing leaders to ensure that all assigned projects are effectively managed and executed
• contribute to the planning, creative development and implementation of integrated marketing communications
• partner with the marketing data analytics team to develop campaign measurement plans
• analyze and report results of marketing campaigns using applicable metrics (e.g., response frequency) and deploy strategies to optimize future performance
qualifications
• undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing
• 5+ years demonstrated history of using marketing analytics to continuously improve campaigns
• 5+ years proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns with proven results
