our client is a leeds based solid surface fabrication company that has been established over 35 years, during which we have amassed a wealth of knowledge, experience and achieved various accreditations from brand leaders. our uk wide client base includes recognisable retail and commercial names and as a result, our large-scale installation logistics network reflects this.

responsibilities but not limited to:-

• produce commercial quotes

• raise orders on our production system

• organise/liaise with customers / fitters

• work alongside the cad department on potential and current projects

• answer calls and respond to queries

• submit rams / payment applications

• build and maintain customer relationships

• site visits when required

skills and experience required

• a joinery background is preferred

• on-site experience is preferred

• cscs card holder is preferred

• reading technical drawings

• cad experience

• computer literacy with microsoft word, excel, and outlook

• strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives

• must have a methodical and organised approach to work

• impeccable attention to detail, particularly to numbers, spelling and dates

• must be able to build strong relationships at all levels, both across our business and with the personnel of our valued customer base
