we are looking for a shipping associate that can assist with all aspects of the shipping and receiving departments and serve as backup as necessary for each area. verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments. receive, unpack and deliver materials to appropriate departments. prepare product and other materials for shipment.
pay will be $19 to $20/hr depending on experience
shift is 1st, monday to friday 7am to 330pm

position summary:

special knowledge, skills and abilities:
• high school diploma or general education degree (ged) required.
• 1-3 years experience in a shipping manufacturing environment with experience using upsa and fedex software in addition to international shipping preferred.
• experience with various software including microsoft office preferred.
• familiar with lean practices and problem solving.
• strong organizational and communication skills.
this position required the ability to lift 20-50 lbs. occasionally, 10-25 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.
