we are seeking to fill a straightener position in our client's assembly department, ideal for a candidate who likes to focus one thing and has some knowledge in how to use measurement gauges. work scheduled is monday-friday 7am-3:30pm. the operator uses an arbor press with a dial indicator to measure and straighten leadscrews to company and customer specifications.
essential duties and responsibilities:
review and interpret routings, blueprints and other documents
follow all straightening work instructions and procedures in qms
maintain a clean and safe work environment
other duties as assigned
knowledge, skills and abilities:
basic computer knowledge
basic blueprint reading skills
high school diploma or ged preferred
pay range $19 - $20
