about the team

global workforce planning are an established, fast paced, dynamic and friendly team, who thrive on delivering results through collaborating with their stakeholders to achieve the best for both their customers, and colleagues. the team is built around the 3 core elements of the planning process and includes: long term strategic, medium term tactical & short term real time teams both in the uk and the us.

what you will be doing

as a planning analyst you will be forecasting workload, analysing and communicating performance data, and influencing strategic decisions. you'll alert colleagues and leaders to performance issues that may need to be addressed as a matter of urgency by using a range of analytical techniques and drive operational decisions forward.

you will forecast resource requirements and create subsequent plans, ensuring that these are effectively communicated across the wider planning team and stakeholders.

you will be instrumental in using data to influence operational plans and strategic decisions over a global scale

you will ensure that all relevant upcoming change initiatives are impact assessed and incorporated in to future plans

you will look to future proof and wherever possible ensure that the wider business has the resource available to provide the exceptional service worldpay from fis have become renowned for. this will include analysis & recommended actions (including intraday analysis).

you can quickly identify trends and flag any risks to senior leadership team

work closely with partners to review, communicate & challenge performance and delivered plans

you will identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize workflow/reduce handle time

you will build & communicate resource plans using agreed assumptions based on robust historical data analysis

you will utilize performance information to drive planning models

what you bring:

in order to be successful within this role you will have worked within a contact center or back office resource planning function. you will be confident in utilizing large data to create detailed plans which you will present to operational stakeholders.

you will be pro-active and curious with a thirst for making your ideas to improve into a reality.

as our business grows, our need to remain adaptable and dynamic becomes more and more important, you will be comfortable managing workloads against challenging and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

excellent knowledge and experience of resource planning models in both ms excel and using a workforce management system.

working knowledge and experience of nice iex workforce management system

added bonus if you have:
