adecco has immediate openings for customer service reps dispatchers in charlotte, nc! here’s what you will be doing:
· dispatch technicians
· enter service requests into smartsheet and customer portal
· answer incoming technician calls
· cross train with cam customer account manager
· prepare and present service quotes to customers
requirements:
· high school diploma or ged
· at least 2 years of experience working in a customer support environment
· excellent verbal and written communications
shift:
· monday-friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, 1 on call weekend per month
